Chemical-free CTP, large-format Heidelberg offset presses (75 × 106 cm) with 5 colours + coating and next-generation 8-colour perfecting presses. Two Kodak digital presses, CMYK + additional inks, complement our offset equipment up to a 356 × 660 mm format, making Edicolor the ideal partner for all your print runs.

Offset printing
Since 2005, we have placed the high standards and expertise of our colour specialists at your service within our printing facilities.
Two latest-generation Heidelberg presses equip our offset department. Both in 75 × 106 format, with 5 colours + acrylic coating and 8-colour perfecting, these presses feature in-line ink control systems (In Press Control), automatic plate setting, and automated ink feeding systems. These investments ensure the highest print quality while maintaining strong environmental standards.
Certified Imprim’Vert and PEFC, our environmental commitment is supported by controlled and audited processes. Our prepress workflow follows PSO certification standards in accordance with ISO 12647-2, with full validation targeted during 2019.
Digital printing
Digital printing is the ideal complement to offset production, particularly for small and medium runs.
We operate a variable data management system that enables a wide range of personalization options for your business cards, mailings, invitations, and more.
Equipped with a VersaFire press offering a maximum print format of 330 × 700 mm, your print projects achieve outstanding results in every format.

Our finishing equipment
Our finishing equipment includes:
- 1 Heidelberg ST 400 saddle stitcher with double trimming, in-line perforation, standard or loop stitching.
- 1 gathering line with perfect binding (Horizon BQ470) and three-knife trimmer for EVA or PUR perfect-bound books.
- 2 laminating machines, maximum width 750 mm.
- 7 folding machines, up to 102 cm.
- 2 die-cutting presses (SBG & Johannisberg) up to 74 × 104 cm format.
- 2 wallet-style folding presses.
- 3 Bush cutting machines.
- 2 collating machines, 3 stitching machines, 3 drilling machines (2, 4, and 8 heads).
- 7 cutting lines.
Hot foil stamping, scratch-off ink, spot varnish — for any specific requirements, we rely on our network of finishing partners, who apply the same level of care to enhancing your documents as we do during printing.
